Desert Palm Adult Care runs assisted living in North Phoenix — our community at the Park and three small homes nearby. Proudly family-run, deeply rooted in our neighborhood, and built around one simple promise: every resident is treated like family.

We started Desert Palm because we believe assisted living should feel less like a facility and more like family.
Larger facilities can feel impersonal. We do things differently — with private rooms, home-cooked meals, an on-site primary care provider, and a team that knows every resident by name.
